Our business development team provide potential clients with information about our business and our services. They draft tenders and budgets, design management strategies, build project teams and work closely with clients to quickly resolve all account management issues.
Data Insights provide industry leading data solutions to all our FirstPort colleagues giving up to date information and insightful commentary on key drivers for the business. We’re passionate about moving FirstPort into being an Insight Driven Organisation, using data to improve our customer and employee experience.

Retirement Homesearch is the UK's leading specialist estate agency in the retirement property sector.
Our surveyors provide support for a wide portfolio ranging from our complex buildings, our retirement housing, to our modern high-rise luxury buildings. They help in diagnosing building defects, supporting major development projects and focusing on value for money resolutions.
Our finance systems support team provide a mixture of first and second line support to our various business systems. Ultimately, they focus on making sure that external suppliers, contractors and our own internal users have the best possible experience when using our systems.
Our group estates finance team has specialist knowledge of Direct Debit scheme rules and regulations, and processes millions of customer payments each year within one day of receipt. Our treasury team holds, protects and manages client funds for tenants in designated client bank accounts, and processes and reconciles each account on a daily basis.
Technical services comprises two teams - major works and compliance. They make sure we maintain our high standards by carrying out regular proactive works and planned maintenance on our properties, which can range from an internal re-decoration to a new lift installation. The have technical mechanical and electrical expertise which they use to advise and support our clients and customers.
Our customer service teams support our customers with queries and questions about their development, service charges and maintenance. The teams are split between our fast- paced offices in Halesowen and Luton, and deal with a wide variety of queries. We’re proud that many of our customer service colleagues go on to develop careers with us in property management and other areas of our business.
We are the information Security team at FirstPort. We work together to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of FirstPorts information assets. We aim to execute this in a way that they are protected by enforcing a strong standard of cyber security along with business continuity and availability of key systems while keeping them all aligned with key business strategic goals
