Job Role:  Assistant Commercial Manager

Location: London Bridge   

Job Sector: Finance

Hours: 35 hours per week

As the Assistant Commercial Manager, you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

  • Leading a team of commercial analysts
  • Delivering daily/weekly/monthly sales performance analysis and reviews
  • Working in partnership with sales and marketing teams to maximise financial outputs

This role reports to the Commercial Manager

About You

You are a fully qualified accountant (AIMC/ACA/ACCA) with an advanced knowledge of excel and adaptive insights.

Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills results in you being confident in dealing with senior management, as well as having the initiative and ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Being analytically minded means, you are able to handle pressure and rapidly changing demands in a fast paced and dynamic customer-centric environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial excel modelling
  • Pricing and profitability
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’s and sales metrics
  • Creating and implementing reporting and analysis processes and systems
  • Challenge assumptions and influence the commercial decision making process
  • Assess process and procedures currently being used
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Commercial Team
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders
