We are giving you the opportunity to us to help redefine the future of property management.

Our 12 month initial development programme will progress you into a permanent Property Manager role, starting in September 2020; this is a solid fast track into senior leadership through a 5 year plan.

Who will you be joining?

Our graduate programme will give you the opportunity to be at the forefront of this change, helping you build skills that will set you up for your future career. 

What can you expect?

Over the 12-month programme you will gain knowledge and experience on all aspects of FirstPort as a business through a mix of on-the-job training, mini rotations and formal training support. We'll support and develop you but how far you go is entirely up to you.

During the programme, you will be based at our Luton office where you will gain a broad insight into property management through site visits, shadowing our existing teams.

The programme includes valuable hands-on work in lots of different departments in our support offices, as well the opportunity to manage some of our onsite teams. Typically it involves placements in a variety of different roles, lasting between 2 weeks to 3 months. It's the best way to get to know the business inside out, to help you achieve your potential. You will also have an executive board member as your mentor throughout your 12-month programme.

If you are passionate about great customer service, like to meet new people, and would be happy to travel around the UK (with a few nights away) we want to hear from you!

Qualifications/Experience required

  • 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a higher-level qualification
  • Clear and genuine passion for property management
  • Experience in a customer facing environment is preferred
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
  • Flexible with travelling to our different sites whilst in your 12 month program
