Job Title: Server (Ref 4548)

Location: Edenbridge, Kent

Job Sector: Retirement - Assisted Living 

Salary: £2,751.84 per annum plus benefits

Hours: Every Saturday and Sunday 11.15am-2.15pm (6 hours per week)

Asa Server, you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residentialproperty manager, as recognised by others by:

  • Serving meals is an efficient and friendly manner to customers
  • Ensuring health and safety guidelines are met at all times
  • Delivering excellent customer service in a face to face environment.

Therole Server reports to the Estate Manager.

AboutYou

Youare currently working or have previous experience of general housekeeping orthe serving of customers within a face to face to environment. You enjoy teamworking and have a passion for providing an exceptional level of service toyour customers at all times.

Youtake an organised approach to tasks so you can meet time deadlines on anon-going basis. With this you are also punctual, reliable and have excellentattention to detail.

Youhave experience of emergency situations and always remain calm to take thenecessary actions with a high standard of professionalism.

Yourideal role will be a varied one, you enjoy working with people and helping tomake a difference to enhance their lifestyle on a day to day basis.

MainResponsibilities

  • Serving meals to customer’s table or apartments following Assisted Living procedures
  • Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Clearing of dishes from tables and wash tables and chairs.
  • Follow sanitation, health and safety procedures.
  • Complete any other tasks as required by our customers following appropriate training guidelines.
  • Answering the phone, dealing with queries.
