Job Role: P2P Process and Enablement Manager

Location: Luton/Flexible 

Job Sector: Procurement

Hours: 35 hours per week

As P2P Process and Enablement Manager, you will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favourite property manager by: 

 

  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders and Suppliers around best practices for Coupa. 

  • Lead innovation and continuous improvements with regards to future system development 

  • Drive compliance end to end within P2P using Coupa. 

 

This role reports to the Director of Supply Chain Operations and has a team of up to two direct reports.

Main Responsibilities 

 

  • Supports the Director of Supply Chain Operations with the implementation of the vision, objectives and strategy for the Supply Chain & Procurement Function. 

  • The P2P Process and Enablement Manager will be the subject matter expert for the Procurement elements of the P2P process, with a strong understanding of the interdependencies of other Functions and system users. 

  • The focal point for all development and support of the P2P system and Procurement processes. 

  • The P2P Process and Enablement Manager will work closely with the Accounts Payable and IT teams to optimise the core systems and to develop smarter ways of working, recommending potential enhancements. 

  • Ensure timeliness/accuracy from requisition workflow through to purchase order creation, GRN and final invoice flip/payment, with improved reporting to underpin compliance to Procurement policy and best practice use of the Coupa system. 

  • Increase the level of structured spend and use of catalogues where appropriate. 

  • Create actionable insight into 3rd party expenditure to support strategic sourcing activity, Procurement governance, supply chain assurance and supplier relationship management. 

  • Create closed loop on Coupa transactions to drive supplier performance (implement Coupa module “Ratings”). 

  • Optimise the methodology for online RFI/Ps, auctions, benchmarking and to create a robust Procurement audit trail.  

  • Focussed training of users internally and externally (suppliers), re-launch help-desk and creation of SuperUser community.
