Job Role:      Property Administrator

Location:       New Milton

Job Sector:   Property Services

Salary:          £19,000 per annum

Hours:         35 hours; Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Contract Type: 3 Month Fixed Contract

As the property administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the UK’s Favourite Property Manager, as recognised by others by:

·        Provide support to the property management team with regards to works orders, contractor management and general administration.

·        Assisting the Property Managers with gathering or sending information such as letters to residents

·        Answering telephone enquiries promptly and professionally, passing messages to the appropriate person

·        Assisting the Property Managers on budgeting, obtaining quotes from contractors

·        Sending out forms/stationery to Development Managers as needed and dealing with telephone/e-mail queries from them

·        Acting upon customer calls/correspondence by carrying out instructions to contractors where necessary

·        Keeping office records up to date

·        Maintaining high standards of customer service. Ensuring phone calls are returned within 24 hours and all letters are logged on the letter log system

·        Typing general letters and creating mail merges

·        Providing general administrative support to the team

·        Ad hoc projects/support to team


About You

You will currently be working within or have experience of a customer service environment and have a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.

Warm and friendly communication comes naturally to you, and you are able to resolve issues and any complaints effectively to the customers complete satisfaction quickly and efficiently.

You have experience of challenging and/or emergency situations and always remain calm and take the necessary actions with a high standard of professionalism. Health and safety is of great importance to you, and you have experience of performing daily checks and keeping accurate records to ensure everything is kept on track.

You are self-motivated and pro-active, you enjoy working independently but also enjoy having other supportive colleagues you can build relationships with at regular team meetings.

You are IT savvy and are confident in using laptops / tablets and are fluent in the different MS packages.
